Class 36: My Feel Good Mat

These are some of my favorite exercises to feel good, work efficiently and maximize my session. This doesn’t mean the work is easy. There are some challenging sequences that will get the blood pumping and make you glad you took the time.

Sometimes, even if I don’t want to get off the couch, I feel better and delighted to be moving if I can get on the mat within 5 minutes. With this class, I am challenging you to do the same.

NOTE: I originally posted this class during the 2020 COVID Lockdown to combat the general “blah” feelings I (and others) were experiencing on and off during the quarantine period.

Class 35: TheraBand Mat

I have been surprised by how many of you have a TheraBand at home, so I thought this would be a fun and accessible prop to add to a class.

I wouldn’t want you to miss out on this class because you don’t have a band. If you don’t have a TheraBand, you are welcome to use light (1-2 pounds) hand weights or just mime the movements without anything. Either one would be a great option. I am using a blue TheraBand, which is medium/heavyweight. The colors vary between manufacturers, so find a supportive weight but still flexible.

Class 34: H2O Weights

Here is another class with a prop that we likely all have…bottles of water as hand weights. Feel free to use actual 1-3 pound hand weights if you have them. You can also do this class with absolutely no weights, and it will still be a fun and effective workout.
