This is a quick and challenging class for the whole body, particularly the abdominals, and it doesn’t have any forward flexion (think traditional ab crunch). In fitness (and even Pilates), there is a lot of emphasis on using forward flexion to work the abdominals. This class is a great (if I do say so myself) example of how you can get a great abdominal workout without any forward flexion.
This class is appropriate for anyone and everyone, most notably those who do not tolerate forward flexion ( pre/post-natal, osteoporosis, or disc injuries). Give it a try, and let me know what you think.
